APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
We would like to welcome Mr. Chan Wai Ming, Hermes in joining the Board of WIHL as Executive Director on 1 April 2021. Since June 2016, Mr.Hermes Chan has been acting as Vice President of Corporate Finance and responsible for all aspects relating to accounting, finance and taxation of the Group. He has extensive experience in financial management and business control. Mr. Chan holds a Bachelor degree of Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. |
